Hi! I'm so glad you're here!

I am a married mom of three - married since 2006 and currently raising a middle schooler, and two elementary schoolers, so I can relate first hand to the joys and struggles of marriage and parenthood! I have a Christian foundation, and my passion is to help you stop the generational patterns that are getting in your way so that you can create a harmonious & peaceful home (even in the midst of conflict!) with your spouse and kids.

I am a systems trained therapist which (in a nutshell) means that I look at how your family of origin relationships shape your current relationships. We’ll identify & undo the dysfunctional relational patterns that you learned in childhood so that you can have a more fulfilling and satisfying marriage, and parenting relationship with your kids.

I welcome clients who wish to integrate faith into their counseling, and I also respect the cultural values of my clients and their families.

I am a life long learner and love to keep up with the most current healing practices. I spend close to 100 hours ever year on trainings and continuing education. If you’re curious about what that is, see “additional training” below for more info.
